Whether at a wedding, at the office or at a conference, we like the idea of the cocktails coming to the guests. There is something very classic, classy and very throw back to the trolley service and we have taken those service elements and incorporated contemporary cocktail programs on to them.
We have a curated list of specialty cocktails that incorporate local ingredients, a Latin tilt and inspiration from our sister restaurant in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. We also have simple, yet delicious, pre-badged cocktails that are readily assembled at events.
We have a Sommelier in our team that helps us find hidden gems from up and coming wine regions that are affordable yet incredibly expressive, unique and elegant. All finds are either organic or biodynamic producers with an emphasis on female wine makers. Oh and yes, we have done wine pairings with all women wine producers!
